Get me in the Gown- Week 3
Week 3 brought on a whole slew of food challenges… an engagement party, a birthday brunch, and a fancy dinner were all on the menu for the week…. not to mention a co-worker of mine keeps baking sweet treats that am not able to resist…
I had been so good with tracking my foods thus far and staying within my points range… I made an executive decision last Thursday that I was not going to track for the rest of the week to avoid frustration. So I made smart choices, kept a semi tally in me head, and indulged in moderation.
